The atelier
Every edition is produced to order for you, so our policy is built around getting a perfect print onto your wall — not warehouse restocking.
If a print arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@wallimilist.shop within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship the edition at no cost to you. Keep the original packaging until we confirm — it helps us claim against the courier.
If you receive the wrong size, frame or design, or there’s a production fault, we’ll correct it with a replacement at our expense. Just reach out with your order code.
Because each piece is printed and framed specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened editions. Please use the true-to-scale room mockups and the sizing guide before ordering — and ask us if you’re unsure.
Where a refund is due, it’s returned to your original payment method via our payment partner, or issued as store credit if you prefer. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.
