Rank 72 in the Aviation Heroes collection, this print treats the Dassault Mirage 2000C as the French Air Force delta interceptor it was built to be — not a generic grey jet lost in white space. Escadron de Chasse 2/5 Île-de-France at Base Aérienne 115 Orange-Caritat carried the last frontline Mirage 2000C RDI fleet before retirement in 2022, and the squadron's lineage runs from Free French Spitfires through Mirage III and F1 to this single-engine delta.
