DESIGN BRIEF: communal-ring symmetry for classical daily water — the village well is social infrastructure, not harvest dance ritual. Jawhar well grammar places circle brick mouth at centre with pulley frame, drawing figure active behind, pot carriers departing right, and seated semi-circle occupying the lower arc the way elder story circles do — but with fishing basket and net anchoring Palghar coastal-adjacent livelihood memory. What we refused: tarpa musician centre, concentric dance spiral, perspective depth on well shaft, multicolor water fill. What we kept legible: brick hatch pattern, pulley circle, suspended pot on rope, head-balanced matkas, teardrop net with fish profiles, dot ring at well base. Light density (~45% fill) preserves ochre air between chat figures.
